Edit: Looks like they assed it, I was expecting a lower offer than what I had initially thought, but I received the quoted price for like new, which is much higher than any other online store buyer, I am satisfied, though not a fan of how long it took, like I said they should really up their timelines if they’re busy as it gives off a different idea and if you look further on their website they have a spot that says once received they’ll assess and issue offer in 1-2 business days, I get that might have been old outdated information, but still. Anyways I’ll be checking this place out in the future if I have anything else to sell or even buy, the prices are reasonable for used phones and other stuff they sell, I just have to remember that it might take longer

As of today April 13 the company has still yet to provide a offer supposedly I shall receive a offer the end of today, but I have my doubts it’s the 7th day if you ignore the 8th day that they received the device even after the holidays taken into account. They give the impression that they’re fast claiming 1-7 business days while leaving the 1-4 business days in their banner on the website they should just remove it all and say 4-7 days if they’re busy it gives a false sense of speed. I hope it’s worth the wait, because this is taking longer than I expected. I’ll update the review once I have an offer, I would consider my device to be in the best shape with a few micro scratches that are hardly visible everything else is pristine for my Pixel 7 pro. They do quote higher than most places, but we’ll see. If you want to sell something quick, Marketplace might be a better option and you might get more.
