Bon prix et service à la clientèle très cordial et rapide (jamais eu à attendre plus de 3 minutes au téléphone). Les téléphones usagés étaient en excellente condition. Je vais définitivement regarder à nouveau chez eux pour mon prochain téléphone et les recommander à mes amis qui s'en cherchent un nouveau. Je mettrai à jour cet avis si des problèmes non résolus avec mes achats surviennent en cours de route.

I was not expecting this, it truly was the best service ever! On Monday I requested a shipping label for a iPad that had a broken screen, received it within 15mins, went to the post office to mail it, I got a response from GoRecell they received the iPad on Wednesday and they were reviewing the unit . After their review I received full payment as advertised on their website on Friday afternoon. Absolutely the best service!!! I would have no qualm recommending GoRecell!!!

This experience was very smooth from start to finish. The explanation of how they classified device condition and what they would pay accordingly was clearly articulated from the outset. I bought a $2 bubble envelope, sandwiched my 2 devices in between cardboard for extra protection, and mailed them off free of charge. I was notified promptly the day after advising they had received my package and that it would take seven days to assess. I then got a notification a week later that the expected price for the phones had been deposited into my account. I will definitely use this service moving forward for all devices.
Really good experience with Gorecell, I bought and sold my last couple phones through them. Really good communication and was really happy with the offer I got for my phone. Stefan, Youssef and the rest of the crew really have a good operation going that has saved me tons of money.
