This site is the real deal. I had an older model, Samsung S10. I was referred here to sell it. The phone was in like new condition, but I didn't realize it's value until I checked their website. I was skeptical at first, but I did the questionnaire, received the package to return to GoRecell, and shipped it wondering if I'd ever see my phone or the money again. After a week or so, money showed up in my account. I was thrilled. I'd recommend this site to anyone now.
Pros: Easy to use website. They send you a shipping label. Throw your phone(s) in a box and you get paid. Easier than posting your phone on a marketplace and then have to deal with the hassle of meeting people. Great for phones that would otherwise end up in a drawer never to see the light of day again.
Cons: It took a lot longer than expected to have my phone's assessed (7 business days not the 5 posted online). This was likely due to the fact I sent mine in shortly after black Friday.
Lower assessed value. The two phones I sent were assessed lower than what I originally thought. One phone I sent they said had screen burn. I don't see it in the photos they sent me back. Another they said had heavy wear to the back plate. Most likely it would have be been possible to buff up the scuffs. I should have cleaned it up myself beforehand and taken my own photos. They offered to send both phones back but wasn't worth my time to wait for them to come back then find somewhere else to send them too.
I accepted the lower offer they sent me. I felt the offer was still fair albeit on the lower scale of what I would consider fair.
I would use them again but temper my expectations.

Received the shipping envelope quickly, and once they received my cell they inspected it and paid me amazingly fast! A great experience selling my device to them. Defeintely a better experience than Facebook marketplace.
