I don't often write reviews on Google, but I had to write a review about this company. It has given me excellent service! This is one of those rare experiences I have had with a company that I am completely satisfied. I was given the money that I had asked for in return of my old phone, without a question and it is actually quite amazing!
Sent my phone from Ontario on a Monday got paid two days later, email communication is excellent, the process is very simply

Shipping in is a bit sketchy. I called to see if they were legit and ended up getting a better quote then the website states, yet when I followed up via email to confirm the exact quote I got, they sent a generic AI response which was very vague that did not confirm the quote at all.
A simple "Yes, we can confirm the amount of x $ if the device is as you've described it" would've been sufficient. The fact that I didn't get this response is concerning.
I acknowledge the hundreds of positive reviews, however I would still urge caution because not all of them shipped in. If you're planning on shipping anything to this store, I'd suggest getting every detail in writing beforehand (if you call).

Sold 3 older iPhones to GoRecell... shipped from Alberta. They all worked but had issues like cracked screens or case and one of them the earpiece didn't work in phone calls. None of them were worth fixing to sell privately. The process was painless, easy, and pretty quick. Had my money from them for each device within 10 days. The shipping time was likely around 4 days, so if you have older smartphone(s) that your not using I highly recommend GoRecell. In future if I am looking for a reconditioned smartphone to buy for BYOD plan/activation I will be checking GoRecell out as well.
