Excellent communication, excellent service, and despite the notification that it might take up to 7 days, they were in contact with the e-transfer for my cellular device within 2 days! I was happy with the amount offered to me for my device - although, I feel maybe I could have been given a little more because it was truly basically new - however, I'm still very pleased.
