They're excellent. I've sold several old devices through them, and the combination of price, trust, and speed is unbeatable. They set clear expectations upfront and always honor their promises as long as you provide an accurate description of your device. I lived both in the US and Canada, and GoRecell beats most companies in the US too in terms of service.
Really happy with my experience! I bought a phone for what I thought was a pretty awesome price. Then I sold them my old phone and received payment pretty quicky. I would buy from them again!

I don't often write reviews on Google, but I had to write a review about this company. It has given me excellent service! This is one of those rare experiences I have had with a company that I am completely satisfied. I was given the money that I had asked for in return of my old phone, without a question and it is actually quite amazing!
Sent my phone from Ontario on a Monday got paid two days later, email communication is excellent, the process is very simply

Shipping in is a bit sketchy. I called to see if they were legit and ended up getting a better quote then the website states, yet when I followed up via email to confirm the exact quote I got, they sent a generic AI response which was very vague that did not confirm the quote at all.
A simple "Yes, we can confirm the amount of x $ if the device is as you've described it" would've been sufficient. The fact that I didn't get this response is concerning.
I acknowledge the hundreds of positive reviews, however I would still urge caution because not all of them shipped in. If you're planning on shipping anything to this store, I'd suggest getting every detail in writing beforehand (if you call).

This was my first time dealing with GoRecell. It was an excellent, hassle free experience from start to finish. Clear, timely communication from them and quick payment for the device I sold them. My new go-to for used devices. Strongly recommended.
